Awele provides Internet communication tools and methodology to as many organizations and networks as are interested.

This purpose of this list is to provide continued support to Awele clients who are using, or plan to use, these tools and/or methods designed for citizens' alliances and networks:

- electronic mailing lists, debating forums, and newsletters

- collaborative Web sites, spip-based Web sites in particular

- data bases or resource banks, the Awele Infotek.

This list is also where you will be informed of dictionary updates for the machine-translation software that we use. If you wish to know more about this software and its updates, please read the related document at http://www.forums.awele.net/d_read/users/Dictionaries/.

The spirit of this list is important. We do not wish to add to your work load, but we expect you to be active on this forum in the spirit that prevails in collaborative e-forums. This means that anyone can raise or ask questions, but also that anyone can respond. If you see, in the Subject field, a question for which you may have a good solution, we hope that you will take the time to share it with us.

The working languages are English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. There are no translations provided. The list is not moderated, and once you are subscribed, your messages arrive directly on the list just exactly as you send them. For this reason, it is important to comply with the forum rules.

The rules for participating in this list are available at http://www.forums.awele.net//d_read/users/Rules_pautas_regles/
